Emmanuel is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with over 10 years of experience. In 2012, Emmanuel began preparing Tax returns, researching Tax law, and providing basic Tax planning strategies. His passion for Tax law and dedication allowed him to obtain the position of Tax Site Coordinator with United Way, where he oversaw multiple Tax preparers. In addition to his role with United way, Emmanuel consulted with small businesses in understanding Credit, and also provided small business owners with lending alternatives. In 2018, Emmanuel started his own business, Key Fund Financial LLC, providing tax accounting and financial services to businesses and individuals. Emmanuel Diaz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers Business School with a dual bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
Ed is a licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. In addition to holding various executive positions for multimillion dollar businesses, he has also worked closely with high net-worth individuals. Ed also holds position of Treasurer in Perth Amboy PAL, a non-profit organization committed to guiding the youth through various athletics and activities.
In 2014, Kelita began her Accounting career at Johnson & Johnson in the Global Finance Services sector as a SOX Compliance Analyst. As she elevated her knowledge, she decided to pursue the Big Four Accounting Firms. In 2016, she obtained a position with Deloitte & Touche as an Auditor. In these Accounting roles, Kelita analyzed Financial Statements from a variety of industries and she consulted and aided management in establishing appropriate Accounting treatment. Kelita Espinal has a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School. Kelita also holds position of Secretary in Perth Amboy PAL, a non-profit organization committed to guiding the youth through various athletics and activities.
Dariel has 5+ years of experience in finance and banking. Dariel has worked for Provident Bank providing top quality account services. Dariel has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Berkeley College.
